**RECEPTIONIST**

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, person who has Cert 111 qualifications in Dental Assisting to join our Management team in our Moonee Ponds rooms. The position is full time, Monday - Friday, with a monthly RDO. Our work culture is a learning environment where we support each other to learn new skills, while having fun at work. Training in our systems and procedures will be provided.

The Receptionist is the first contact point for patients and visitors to our practice. They will have a friendly, professional manner. As part of the dental team, the Receptionist's role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice. The position includes; coordinating the appointment books, treatment planning, management reporting, relieving the DA for staff breaks, steri work and adhering to practice protocols in line with the practice strategy, goals, and values.

- Cert 111 in Dental Assisting
- Well-developed communication skills.

- Competent using Microsoft Office

**OUR PRACTICE**

Smile In Style is an Accredited, Holistic Dental Practice located in Moonee Ponds with two dental chairs. We also have a second location in Sunbury with four dental chairs. Our dental practice management programs and phones are networked between the two practices, making communication easy between the practices. Established for over 30 years in the community, we have a team of experienced dentists, hygienists, OHT's and treatment coordinators that have a strong focus on customer care for our loyal patient base. We also have many new patients each month, who specifically search for our services in Holistic Dentistry making the work diverse and interesting. Our mission is to use the latest technologies to create beautiful white healthy smiles for our patients.
