**The Company**

Our client is passionate about supplying Australian families with quality fresh poultry. They are seeking an OHS Coordinator to create, implement, maintain and review OHS policies and procedures, documentation and programs.

**The Role**

Reporting to the OHS Manger, you will be responsible for:

- Coordination of site and OHS Committee
- Coordinate risk management processes and record keeping such as maintenance of registers, safe operating procedures indexes etc
- Coordinate the health and wellbeing program
- Assist in the implementation of the OHS Management System
- Distribute relevant OHS information/ articles/ legislative updates to management
- Performing other OHS related activities within your skill, competence and training
- Liaising with return to work coordinators and the HR Coordinator on employment/OSH related matters from time to time
- Maintaining confidentiality of all employment related data and information at all times

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

- Diploma or Cert IV in OHS or WorkSafe accredited course as well as formal HACCP Training
- Minimum of one year experience in the food industry and experience in safety roles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
