**What you'll be doing**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom including rostering, store and staff performance, onboarding new starters, training etc
- Guide clients through the product selection & customisation process
- Prepare quotations and manage sales through to delivery
- capturing leads and preventing leakage through multiple sources including showroom visits and online inquiries.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.

**We are looking for a someone who is**:

- At least 5 years of retail experience and 2 years of retail management experience
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A positive, results-driven attitude and a desire to learn
- Leadership skills, flexibility, and the desire to grow with the team
- Availability on Saturdays is a must
