**About Your New Role**:
The Licensee/Sales Manager will be responsible for the compliance of all sales, including contract administration and the management of agents and property partner. The Licensee/Sales Manager will be responsible for approximately 190 - 200 agents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance of all contracts for agents and conjunctional agreements are accurate and complete
- Ensuring performance management of MITA requirements, liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders as required
- Ensuring compulsory professional development is up to date for all relevant staff
- Supporting Property Partners and Agents by assisting the drafting of contract conditions and/or addressing queries on existing contracts
- Mentor, train and support the development of Property Partners and Agents
- Liaising with the Department of Mines & Industry Regulations regarding licensing and complaints
- Receiving and handling any complaints received from consumers regarding Sales conducted by Property Partners and Agents

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as the Licensee of a busy Real Estate Business
- Triennial Certificate and Real Estate License
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate
- Working knowledge of the Real Estate & Business Agents Act, Regulations and Code of Conduct
- Working knowledge of the WA Real Estate Legislation
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Brilliant at problem solving and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills to meet competing deadlines
- Strong computer and administrative skills including a detailed understanding of Microsoft software
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
