Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to join the National team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this fast paced and integral position will work across a range of marketing campaigns whilst managing social media content and platforms for our multiple brands across Australia.

As a newly created permanent, full time role, the opportunity exists to work collaboratively with the National Marketing Manager to build and develop the role over time.

To be successful in this position, you will bring demonstrated experience in implementing initiatives to improve traffic and engagement across customer
- facing digital platforms including SEM, SEO and digital advertising.

A collaborative communication style coupled with a client centric approach will see you fit well within the organisation. Most importantly you are passionate about tech, digital and marketing and will advocate for it across the business.

**All about you**

We are looking for someone with:

- Early experience in digital marketing across multiple disciplines including social, SEO/SEM content, ecommerce and eDM’s
- Developing skills in marketing strategy and delivery of digital campaigns, including the ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns
- Manage social media presence and identify trends and optimise performance
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns and internal “clients,” and identify and resolve complex problems with effective solutions quickly
- Proven organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, manage multiple and often conflicting priorities intuitively, and creatively solve problems and challenges
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing or a related discipline will be viewed favourably.
