The Graduate Marketing Officer reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing Cahoots’ online presence via our website and social media as well as designing marketing collateral.

The Graduate Marketing Officer will be based at Cahoots’ Head Office in Bayswater, and offers flexible working arrangements. In the course of carrying out duties, the role will be available to work from various locations, including home, as reasonably required.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Website_
- Maintain all aspects of Cahoots’ websites
- Measure key campaign and website engagement metrics via Google Analytics
- Quarterly SEO review and implementation to increase organic reach
- Design_
- Design collateral for hard copy and soft copy requirements to support marketing operations
- Designing electronic newsletters to communicate with various stakeholders
- Other_
- Assist with planning, delivering and reviewing key events
- Scheduling content on social media platforms
- Other duties as required

As a NDIS Accredited Provider, we deliver inclusive opportunities for children and young people living with disability, whilst offering support for their families and carers. Cahoots delivers a wide range of inclusive camps and outdoor recreation programs including:

- Children (5-11 years)
- Teen (12-17 years
- Young Adults (18+)
- High Support (1:1)

**POSTION REQUIREMENTS**
- Essential Criteria:_
- Completion of a marketing degree or progress towards completion.
- Website maintenance experience, with experience in WordPress advantageous.
- Collateral design ability in both digital and print formats, particularly with Canva or Adobe CS.
- Strong written communication skills, participially for copy tailored to a variety of stakeholders.
- High level time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Available for after-hours, weekend and public holidays event/activities.
- Desirable:_
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience planning and executing events.
- Experience in creating and managing digital and social media campaigns.
- Experience working with people living with disability, or other unique challenges.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
