**The Opportunity**

Our Head of Production will lead our onshore apparel manufacturing teams (Cutting, Print & Press, Sewing and QC), ensuring we achieve our delivery in full on time (DIFOT) objectives and in line with the company’s quality charter and CODB requirements. This role will require you to develop and maintain high levels of communication across the business, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

What will you work on and own?
- Monitor and manage production targets, quality and safety KPIs.
- Lead and mentor the Production leadership team to ensure operations are efficient in all departments at all times.
- Work with the Operations Director and CFO to develop budgets and manage costs across the departments, ensuring garment costings and timings are accurately recorded.
- Manage the fabric and trims inventory ensuring regular cyclic stocktakes.
- Oversee production resource planning and succession planning within the department.
- Forward plan for Cutting, Print & Press, Sewing and QC departments expressed in days of work left.
- Benchmark the business against industry best practices standards to ensure that our products and processes are first class.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and work within internal teams to implement safety initiatives.
- Working with the wider Management team to support cultural change towards continuous improvement in systems, processes and operational excellence
- Contribute and facilitate manufacturing operational meetings with improved efficiency suggestions, ideas and feedback

- Experience in leading and managing onshore apparel production teams
- Proven track record in implementing and driving continuous improvement systems
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain modules & production control systems
