**Description**:
We are currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Supply Chain Officer to join our Supply Chain Team in a full time permanent capacity.

Based at our head office in Banyo and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the purchase and distribution of consumables and PPE to staff across our site and main production facility.

**Key responsibilities of this role**:
Purchasing of consumables, chemicals and PPE as required for our site
Liaising and communicate effectively with various departments, internal customers and stakeholders regarding inventory control and movements
Accurate record keeping of PPE provided to employees
Rotation of inventory ensuring effective management of stock
Develop strong supplier relationships
Assist Supply Chain team as required with freight bookings, inventory activities, stocktakes
General administration, accurate and timely data entry

**To be successful in this role, you will**:
Be proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook will be advantageous
Have high attention to detail and quality of work
Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
Some experience in an office / corporate environment will be highly regarded but not essential
An ability to work within a team environment and with different stakeholders
