**Division Responsibilities**

The Digital Transformation and Delivery Division (DTDD) is responsible for the delivery of ICT

projects to support the Aged Care Transformation Program (ACTP). As part of the

transformation, the division leads engagement with the Aged Care sector to create a betterconnected aged care ecosystem that is consolidated, sustainable, automated and modern.

DTDD focuses on the internal transformation of capabilities in the areas of strategy and

architecture, project delivery disciplines and processes and our own workforce.

The division has 3 branches:

- Aged Care Funding Reform and Systems
- Aged Care Transformation and Quality
- Aged Care Services and Sustainability

In addition, DTDD has a Digital Transformation Office which incorporates a portfolio

Management Office, Engagement Office and Solution management function

**Branch Responsibilities**

Aged Care Funding Reform and Systems Branch (ACFRS) is delivering outcomes for Aged

Care through user-focused aged care IT systems, products and services. The branch provides

enabling capabilities which support the successful implementation of the ACTP, ensuring

consistency, quality and accountability of design and development practices across the

three aged care delivery branches. In addition, the branch leads the implementation of the

Support at Home program, along with a number of other key deliverables that contribute to

the ACTP. The branch also has the lead for the DTDD in providing production and release

management and sustainment support for the My Aged Care environment.

**Section Responsibilities**

Roles across the branch are available through this process, each providing opportunity to

engage in complex work that provides opportunity for autonomy, accountability and

ongoing development.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Management of branch communication, ensuring each request receives timely response

with branch executive supported throughout.
- Providing proactive and ongoing contribution to branch activities with responsive and

quality client focused service.
- Ensuring open and transparent communication when dealing with priorities, risks and

seeking problem resolution.
- Recording and tracking of project and branch commitments including maintaining a

branch forward work plan.
- Building rapport with branch staff, business partners and stakeholders to support

achievement of branch goals.
- Management of several inbox accounts in accordance with agreed process and

timeframes. Acting as the first point of contact, proactively responding to requests for

input and action, drawing attention to matters of importance, using judgement to

escalate where necessary. Includes actively responding to any coordination requests,

striving to achieve timeframes and ensuring appropriate clearances and governance

arrangements have been adhered.
- Development of appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy,

timeliness and presentation of workflow and governance for which the branch has

responsibility, including organising regular assurance activities and support the Branch

Executive in developing agendas and maintaining and updating associated

documentation and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with branch administrative tasks and any ad hoc tasks as required by the

Executive in support of the operations of the branch including financial, resource and

demand management.
- Providing secretariat support for several governance committees.
