**Role Type**: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)
**Role Location**: 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
What will your day look like?
**Your key accountabilities would be but not limited to**:
Customer - Exceptional Client Experience and Client Satisfaction as it relates to lending needs and solutions on an end to end basis
People - Seamlessly collaborating with frontline bankers across functions, sponsoring deals through credit risk to ensure the identified risks are mitigated and credits fall within the Bank’s risk appetite
Process / Risk - Execution of all Lending activities are completed in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and a high quality of analysis, management & reporting of Credit, Market, Operational & Compliance key risks
Reputation - Ensuring best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations
Financial - Delivery of risk which balances business, customer and regulatory requirements
What will you bring?
**To be successful in the role, you will have the following**:
Proven experience within a Banking/Financial services industry
Some years of experience in a lending capacity
Well proven stake holder management and influencing skills
Solid communication skills
