**Job Description**:
As **the **Administration Support Officer,** **you will provide daily administrational activities as required including to manage stock within our maintenance workshops. You will have a high level of customer service, data entry, stock related movements and enquiries, stock item creation and allocation and continuous improvement of all aspects of the business. This will be conducted in-line with Global Express values.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Support Manager - Maintenance in order to ensure that effective systems and processes are provided to meet the needs of the business.
- Collation and preparation of documentation for the Maintenance Team with Timely and accurate information provided
- Manage the authorisation process of all new documentation to ensure endorsement of Inventory Item master creation
- Administering stocktake activities Maintain 3rd party supplier data base
- Maintain and Issue audit schedule for 3rd party suppliers in TRAC
- Assist the Management of warranty tracking to ensure any costs covered by warranty are captured to enable those costs to be reimbursed by the appropriate supplier
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Producing system reports Unibis and distributing for Inventory and maintenance activities Producing system reports Unibis for management monthly review
- Following Work Instructions, Procedures and Codes Of Practice for the safety of all employees and to minimise risks in the workplace Participating in the safety improvement programme

- Demonstrated experience in stock inventory, workshop maintenance or services, logistics or supply chain
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills including communication, assertiveness, attention to detail, organisational and time/priority management skills
- Able to provide timely relevant and accurate data on a specific time critical basis.
- An ability to work autonomously and also as part of a cross-functional or special project team when required to do so
- Recognises the good in what we have today, works to preserve this while focusing on helping Toll Global Express accelerate into the future
- Intermediate level MS Office experience
