Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant - Part-time role 2-3 days a week - Commercial, Corporate and IP law

**The Firm**

**The Opportunity**
This role calls for a Legal Secretary to support 3 lawyers in Commercial, Corporate, Intellectual Property and IT teams. You will join a large firm that has a fabulous team culture and genuinely appreciates their employees. Your previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential however you will receive first class training to expand your knowledge in to Trade Marks.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- File management
- Dictaphone typing
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Online searches including; business name and company searches
- Filing and service of documents
- Monthly billing
- General administrative tasks including photocopying, opening/closing files and binding documents.
