We’re looking for a Trade Mark Administrator with _excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail_ to join our Melbourne team on a Full Time basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of the Administrative Operations team.

Hybrid work arrangements are available.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Checking & confirming details of formal Trade Mark documents.
- Processing and reporting Notices of Acceptance - for Australia and New Zealand.
- Processing and reporting Australia and New Zealand Certificates of Registration.
- Preparation of Tax invoices.
