As a Home Lending Specialist (internally known as a Customer Relationship Manager), you’ll guide customers through the lending journey and support growth for both first home buyers and seasoned investors.

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:

- Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM.
- Guiding customers through the lending process to provide peace of mind that we’re helping them achieve their goals.
- Applying credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and prepare customers for financial success.
- Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and the Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.
- Embracing lifelong learning with on-the-job training and other opportunities to advance your career.
- Building connections and supporting our customers and communities while engaging in enjoyable, value-driven work.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Griffith.

What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:

- Consumer lending experience – essential
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- Strong understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- Ability to build relationships quickly, assess needs, and develop a holistic view of situations
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Understanding of small business offerings
