Working in our Sydney CBD office within a dynamic business with a relaxed and professional culture, you will be an integral part of a team focused on delivering the best possible solutions for clients.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Adviser who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering holistic advice.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in client-facing advisory roles
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering client-centric outcomes
  • Be driven to spend more time engaging with clients and less time on administration
  • Be confident in providing well-rounded, strategic advice across multiple areas

The position involves servicing an existing book and several established referral sources.

Supporting you in this role is an established team of paraplanners, client service staff, associate advisers and lending specialists focused on removing as much of the administrative burden from your day to day responsibilities as possible.

Some flexibility to work from home.

The right candidate will also be offered a clear pathway to equity in the business and attractive bonus model.
