Work closely with Staff, Students, and external providers to drive inclusive practices, coordinate reasonable adjustments, develop learning plans, and support Student success from enrolment to graduation. Help improve retention and provide a positive experience for Students.

**Employment Opportunity**:
Full time ongoing

**Salary**:
$78,122 - $83,948 p.a. plus Superannuation
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate._

**About You**:

- You will have expectational relationship building skills and be able to relate to a diverse range of people
- Proven experience in conducting and documenting complex individual needs assessments and developing Individual Learning Plans for people with disability, mental health and/or medical condition in an educational setting.
