**Position overview**:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing business to assist with organising

and managing the functions and resources of our administrative systems and personnel.

**Qualifications / Experience required**:
You will have a diploma or higher with at least 3 year of experience. A high level of

organisational skills and strong communication is a must.

**Responsibilities include the following**:

- contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and

office service standards
- allocating human resources, space and equipment
- assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- managing records and accounts of the office
- liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of

problems
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and

procedures
- coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance

management, payroll, training and supervision

Remuneration on offer between $70K to $90K depending on experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
