Role Purpose:
Reporting to our Front Office Manager, this rare opportunity ensures that the shifts across the Front Office department run smoothly, efficiently and continue to provide an outstanding guest service and experience. The role can be varied and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Front Office Team, check in and out process, accurate administration and compliant business management. You will promote the Hotel affectively and communicate efficiently across a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, we are seeking individuals who naturally demonstrate:
- A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration with strong leadership acumen and experience in driving service standards
- Recent and demonstrable Hotel Front Office Management experience from high end establishments
- Strong IT skills - preferably with experience using Opera Cloud
- Relevant long term and permanent working rights in Australia
- A high standard of customer standards and delivery of service
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and/or Hotel Management
- A natural energy with an ambitious driven for excellence
- A people centric collaborator with a creative spirit and a respectful and engaging approach to developing and maintaining effective working relationships
Please note that we are seeking candidates who are eligible to work in Australia, unfortunately, we will not be providing sponsorship at this time. Applicants on short term visas will be required to give a 12-month minimum commitment.
