- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems and processes to optimize business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve IT-related issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and efficiency

**You must have**:

- Completed or working toward Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Proven experience managing software systems and IT teams or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

**Bonus points**:

- Salesforce Certification
- Salesforce experience
