Bechtel Mining & Metals Global Business Unit has an opportunity for an experienced Workforce Services Manager to be based in our Perth office, then mobilising to the Kalgoorlie Smelter Renewal project site on a 2/1 roster. **What You’ll Be Doing**

As Workforce Services Manager, you will work collaboratively as part of a team to develop industrial and employee relations and communication systems to support an effective workforce onsite. With a proactive approach, you will deliver advice and training to project professionals (staff) and craft professional (workforce) personnel in relation to employee relations matters. You will oversee the development of field training programs for professional craft employees and their supervisor, developing and/or adapting existing training programs to cover specific working conditions.

Demonstrating excellent communication and documentation skills, you will represent Bechtel as a participant in any industrial committees as required.

**What You’re Good At**:
To be successful in your new role, you will require previous experience delivering Employee / Industrial Relations activities on a major project construction in a unionised environment. You will have the ability to liaise with all departments of site personnel -- to ensure effective implementation of Workforce Services systems.

Demonstrating a positive attitude to learning, you will develop working knowledge & understanding of Bechtel industrial / employment / training / manual craft employee systems and their implementation.
