Intake and Engagement Officer

Are you seeking a progressive organisation? Do you have great attention to detail? Are you looking for a rewarding career in a growing industry? We are seeking an Intake and Engagement Officer to primarily support the Organisation with administration coordination, business operations, triaging service enquiries, and supporting potential participants, their families/carers, and all stakeholders of the organisation with intake processes. As the IEO, you will work collaboratively with the Intake and Engagement Lead and Marketing Manager to develop systemic and local work processes for each service that align with NDIS requirements. This role has a broad community focus with business development as a key aspect. You will be responsible for delivering high quality service to our customers which includes facilitating meetings, site visits, and conducting assessments to determine how best to align participant needs with our suitable services. An important aspect to this role is active engagement with our participants, their families/carers, our community, and Service Coordinators to achieve the best outcome.
