**The Role**:
You will be working closely with the Team Leader, Service Desk Support to manage services delivered by Service Desk in compliance with the operational procedures and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**Duties**:

- Assisting with on-boarding of the new ICT Managed Service Provider.
- Assisting with the management of Service Desk in relation to contracted services, ensuring the agreed SLAs are achieved, and service quality are met
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and reporting to the Team Leader, Service Desk Support.
- Attending regular meetings with service providers to discuss service improvements, quality and process
- Working with the businesses and Service Desk to ensure change requests are processed according with the change management process.
- Addressing request fulfilment logged by end users and monitor status of tickets.
- Handling hardware purchasing requests including seeking quotes, invoice processing and liaising with suppliers

**Must Have**
- Demonstrated experience in Service Desk and/or management of the delivery of ICT servicesRelevant IT qualifications.
- Familiar with ITIL framework.
- A good understanding of ITSM tools and methodologies including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Experience conducting support across Microsoft products.
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player who works well with others.
- A quick and resourceful learner, able to pick up new concepts swiftly and hit the ground running, manage your time effectively and produce high quality outcomes efficiently.
- Ability to build successful business relationships, influencing at all levels and facilitate quick and efficient decision making from others.

**Highly Desirable**
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
