Location: Loganholme, QLD | Type: Full-time | Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + perks

Are you passionate about technology and love helping clients succeed? At Databox Solutions, we're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Client Success Specialist to join our high-performing Sales Team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of valued clients — building trust and delivering top-tier service.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities that genuinely benefit the client.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for a wide range of tech solutions:
  • Hardware: phones, computers, printers, accessories
  • Services: NBN, VoIP, managed IT, cybersecurity
  • Support senior sales reps with quoting and follow-ups.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with client interactions and insights.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in account management, sales, or customer success — ideally in tech, IT, or telco.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with quoting tools and CRMs is a bonus.
  • Full Australian working rights.
