An opportunity has become available for a Motor Claims consultant to be an integral part of a small team, supporting customers with luxury brand vehicle claims management.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.

The Role:

- Managing end-to-end claims process from Lodgement, coordination including invoicing and payments
- Coordinating motor repairs and liaising with assessors, investigators and recovery agents
- Liaise with clients and their brokers regarding claims progress
- Database management; ensuring accuracy and navigating multiple systems

About you:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team, ensuring no one is left behind
- Experience in end-to-end claims management across motor or home and contents
- Passion for luxury motor vehicles is preferred but not essential
