**What’s the role?** You will work within the Business Loan product team and be instrumental in helping us deliver market leading experiences for our customers. **Key responsibilities**: - Champion the voice of small business customers, ensuring our products effectively meet their needs. - Execute on our product strategy and roadmap, driving initiatives that achieve business outcomes. - Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and measure impact. - Collaborate across a broad stakeholder network - including distribution, risk, operations, technology, and compliance - to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Proactively manage product risk and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and internal governance. - Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging customer needs to inform product direction. **What do I need?** - Proven experience in product management within financial services, or hands-on experience as a business banker. - A strong understanding of small businesses - their needs, challenges, and how lending solutions can support their growth. - A curious mindset and a passion for solving complex problems with practical, customer-focused solutions. - Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader strategic goals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to delivery. **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
