We’re excited to bring a
**Digital Product Strategist** into the business to help guide our client’s investment in digital while assisting the highly capable, design, development and delivery teams to prioritise and make strategic product decisions. In this role, you’ll get plenty of ownership and have the chance to work on challenging and impactful projects for clients like Nando’s, Linfox, ahm, Vicinity, Movember, Make-A-Wish and more..

**You are someone who**:

- Is **curious** and open minded when unpacking problems and exploring new approaches, technologies, or solutions,

- Is confident delivering a **data & analytics strategy** from recommendations through to reporting,
- Can **clearly present** insights and recommendations in a succinct and compelling way.

**Week-to-week you may**:

- ** Facilitate a project brief **or discovery conversations with a new or current client,
- Establish **product goals** or **future vision **to help guide a project to success by focussing on the right problems,
- Find, synthesise and communicate** insights, opportunities & recommendations **from multiple sources — typically data & analytics, discovery workshops, supplied documentation or desk research — to help inform & guide decision making on projects,
- Take the lead in **defining the recommended scope** of a project, and working with the team to **estimate effort,**:

- Help to **define and embed our data and analytics offering** — including delivering analytics strategy on projects, as well as assisting with implementation of data tagging and ongoing reporting of behavioural & performance analytics,
- Remain involved at a high-level through the delivery phase to **drive good product decisions** and coach the team in product management,
- Helping evolve our client’s digital products by **proactively monitoring performance,** optimisation, or proposing new features to enhance key metrics,
- Compellingly **present** your progress & findings to our clients as well as internal project teams,
- Drive the hands on production of outputs such as journey maps, audience personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, business requirements, delivery roadmaps, success metrics and other strategy documentation,

As the new Digital Product Strategist, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with stakeholders across the business and have hands-on involvement and influence on projects from end to end.
