**The Role**

Your role as the Logistics Manager is crucial to the expansion of this fast-growing organization. You will report into the COO and have 3 direct reports whilst overseeing distribution centres in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, in addition to a smaller warehouse in New Zealand. Your primary requirement for this position is to build a highly successful team within the Melbourne Distribution centre. This position calls for an experienced individual who takes responsibility and is accountable for all logistics-related tasks, including contract negotiations, shipping enhancements, managing warehouse spaces, quality management, long term strategy development, and complying with safety and customs regulations.
- A demonstrated track record in Logistics Management.
- Multi-site experience
- Retail and/or e-commerce experience would be advantageous
- Strong on systems with the ability to lead others.
- Commercial acumen coupled with the ability to negotiate contracts.
- Leadership experience and an understanding how to effectively work cross functionally.
