Based in Melbourne, our Air Mobility Solution (AMS) teams are working on technologies that are revolutionising our skies for the future of aerospace. In a complex software-oriented environment, you will manage supplier activities and administrative requirements to ensure hardware deployment to program schedule.

**The role**
- Manage inventory from supplier to sites both in metropolitan and remote locations throughout Australia
- Manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers through a competitive schedule of activities
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, control and reporting to ensure a consistent quality, on time, on cost, delivery
- Effectively management of the day-to-day coordination of a subcontractor
- Accurate stock control of all inventory through Thales internal software tool
- Coordinate interface scope, design, testing and deployment and ensure data integrity
- Work closely with the Infrastructure Engineering team to coordinate pre-build activities
- Work closely with the site Hardware Deployment team to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time to support the programme schedule
- Stakeholder management in a complex project environment

**How About You?**
- Logistics or Business Management Degree or equivalent or relevant industry experience
- Extensive previous experience in managing Subcontractors (ideally in similar environment)
- Integrated Logistic Support and/or Supply Chain Logistics knowledge
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Previous experience and knowledge of inventory management systems
- Integrated Logistic Support and/or Supply Chain Logistics knowledge
- Good stakeholder management & engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Eligibility do obtain an Australian Defence Clearance if required
