Position DetailsAs we continue our transformation and growth in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of capital investment and continuous improvement projects across our warehousing network, with a focus on facility design, construction and automation.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for scoping, planning and delivering a range of projects that enhance operational capabilities and align with strategic business priorities. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and overseeing detailed project plans to ensure safe, timely and efficient project execution.
This role requires strong organisational skills, a practical mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, solutions-driven team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Scope, plan, and manage warehouse infrastructure and automation projects in line with capital investment and improvement strategies.
Coordinate project teams across site operations, HR, corporate, and external contractors to ensure effective delivery.
Work closely with customers and third-party logistics providers to align project outcomes with service expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support safe and reliable outcomes.
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal and industry standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, identifying barriers and proposing solutions.
Drive a continuous improvement approach throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
About You
Significant experience in Project Management or equivalent roles.
Proven experience in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction, or automation projects.
Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and operational workflows.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Financial awareness including budgeting, cost estimation, and assessing project viability.
Preferred:
Qualifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Experience working in dynamic, high-paced environments.
