**About this role**
Do you enjoy networking and building relationships with top talent? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work together with Arup’s business leaders to identify and source exceptional talent across the Australasia region. With access to a global community of industry leaders, you will collaborate and learn from other people driven professionals as you positively influence our firm and continue to grow your career. This role is a max term full time opportunity.
**What will I do?**
Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future recruiting needs and to build diverse talent pipelines
Actively headhunt and recruit talent within the Australian Market (and internationally where appropriate)
Produce reports and extract, integrate and manipulate talent data from variou systems
**What will I bring?**
Significant recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and building talent pipelines within engineering and design
Proven track record of handling complex roles with niche skills in a geographically diverse setting
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and Talent insights
Ability to build strong working relationships based on trust and a strong understand of business strategic goals
Proven ability to work within fast-paced, agile environments whilst maintaining a strong client focus
