**About the role**
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of IT projects. Drive faster adoption, utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, risk assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Ensure change management processes are integrated with and support project goals, timelines and budgets.
- Work collaboratively to develop clear, compelling and cohesive communication frameworks to support the effective implementation of change.
- Provide authoritative, thoughtful, structured recommendations to stakeholders on the implementation of IT systems and initiatives.
**About you**
You will be a successful facilitator of change management, using your influence to maximise change adoption and ensure a positive end-user experience for changes impacting people, process and technology. You will also have:
- Comprehensive experience in a change management role particularly within complex IT transformation projects
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful change management strategies principles in the context of IT change.
- Demonstrated experience as a highly organised, energetic, and creative change professional with the ability to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approach
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision, self-manage and contribute constructively to a small high performing multi-disciplinary team.
