**The Role**

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of changes as part of a large enterprise-wide risk remediation program called Simplification, Capacity, Risk and Refresh (SCRR) across network and infrastructure streams. This will include cloud migrations, upgrading hardware, decommissioning end of life platforms and transforming environments.

As part of our Enterprise Technology team, you will create detailed change records, coordinate approvals, and oversee the major implementations that impact various areas of the bank. You will liaise between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to best align changes with overall project scope. Over time, you will be able to build relationships and find efficiencies to make change coordination process smoother for project and BAU teams

**Day to day will include**:

- Documenting changes - Raise change records in ServiceNow based on information provided by technical SMEs and in accordance with NAB’s service management process
- Change approvals and Release planning - Manage large number of stakeholders, plan releases and ensure timely approvals of the change
- Change Communications Management - Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders about planned releases and changes and keep stakeholders informed of the progress during change implementation
- Technical change / implementation management - Coordinate and lead the implementation of complex systems and solutions
- Test coordination - Identify the list of test representatives ahead of the change and coordinate business verification testing during and post change implementation
- Post Implementation reviews - Monitor systems post roll-out conduct reviews to document and implement learnings in future changes

**What you will bring**
- Extensive technical or change implementation experience within large and complex projects
- Strong communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to be a natural problem solver while working in a highly regulated and changing environment
- Prior experience within infrastructure and/or network system implementations is preferable but not essential
