**The Role**:
Hall Contracting are looking to continue their growth across the dredging sector, and require an experienced
**Dredging Operations Manager** to manage and further drive this division.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As an Operations Manager for the Dredging division, you will be required to manage opportunities in relation to dredging, port upgrades, and related works. You will receive a high level of autonomy to manage the following key objectives:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s dredging division as well as being hands on in this role.
- Compile project deliverables, and ensure that safety is not compromised, and all regulations are met.
- Build a team of competent and reliable staff, to ensure both client and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Spend time onsite during mobilisation and start of dredging projects.
- Liaise and collaborate with engineers and client representatives to ensure efficient project delivery.

**About You**:

- Prior experience managing a marine or dredging contracting division.
- Strong network & list of contacts within the marine and dredging industry.
- The ability to travel as required to different projects & engage with clients
- Ability to self-manage and build strong rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
- High level of ability to minimise issues and variations with project delivery.
