We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative coordinator at our Melbourne office, Dandenong South. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The administrative coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various areas within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in scheduling jobs, meetings, and appointments with vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizing and maintaining data and other records.
- Drafting and editing documents, reports, and quotes.
- Managing inventory and ordering office and factory supplies.
- Providing general support to the VIC team.
- Performing basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
