Working within a customer service role, you will control, co-ordinate and monitor activities across the Optinergy power producing fleet. You will ensure safe and efficient execution of site activity and accurate recording of site performance.

**Main Duties**:

- Be the 1st point of contact for management enquiries relating to Ops Control.
- Lead the day-to-day work control of the wind farm portfolio.
- Remote re-setting of wind turbine faults within to maximise energy capture.
- Provide transfer control of wind turbine generator plant and/or LV apparatus, under Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR).
- Update real-time energy trading related IT systems.
- Produce reports from complex data sets.
- Monitor weather forecasts and issue alerts.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Act as emergency contact & initiate appropriate response procedures in emergencies.
- Receive and initiate instructions as required providing feedback where applicable.
- Help to ensure that only competent persons are approved for working on windfarms.
- Control work orders for routine and non-routine maintenance work.
- Ensure that training/medical records for operations staff are correct and up to date.
- Assist with other H&S, IT & operational duties as required.
- Monitor site SCADA & CCTV systems to ensure safe operational conditions.
- To focus attention for long periods & work under pressure

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage
- Customer Service experience
- Extensive knowledge of Zond's SCADA systems
- Have Siemens, Gamesa, Vestas, Nordex, Enercon and GE SCADA knowledge
