We are currently seeking for a Junior Operations Controller who will be responsible in providing financial support to the Consumables BA manufacturing units in Australia.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Working close with GBS and MA finance team to ensure all operational month-end tasks have been executed effectively in a timely manner
Provide guidance to GBS and MA finance team to maintain the accounting process to be able to match up operational process change
Provide financial perspective to operations and ensure adequate controls are in place
Assisting in the preparation of annual budget, quarter estimation, and Monthly rolling forecast
Assisting in preparation of financial and operative reports as per BA/BL requirements
Assisting financial performance monitoring against plan and prepare variance analysis
Assist in providing ad-hoc financial analysis when operation needs
Liaising with operation team to monitor inventory movement and stock management
Review and control production work-in-progress
Monitoring changes in product costing and provide analysis on financial impacts
Assist in managing controlling related master data according to global standards
Ad-hoc requirements from manager

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Essential

More than 3 years experienced in financial and management accounting
Degree in Finance or Accounting
Exposure and knowledge of integrated ERP systems
Advanced skill in MS Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Well developed and effective communications skills with a proven ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with various stakeholders
Detail oriented with can do attitude

Desirable

Manufacturing exposure will be a plus point
Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage
CA / CPA qualification or equivalent preferred
SAP experience preferred
