**Responsibilities**:
Join our Purchasing team in Queensland playing a vital role in the team This role will be in charge of a mix of administration and purchase orders.
**In addition, you will be responsible for**:
- Processing venue orders and following up on placed orders
- Basic data entry tasks
- Maintaining well-organised records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Processing warranty claims
- Ensuring accurate receipt of goods and following up discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Monitoring parts to keep in stock based on suppliers who are responsible
- Occasional picking and packing
- Helping to maintain an organised warehouse
- General admin duties and any other ad hoc tasks as directed
Skills and Experience
We are seeking a motivated and obsessed Purchasing Officer to support our team. This role would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail, strong administration skills and is looking to grow and develop within a global entertainment company
- A minimum of 6 months admin experience with high attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills, with ability to do pivot tables and v-lookups
- Proficient in handling paperwork and maintaining organised records
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive/can do attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
