Sydney Western Suburbs, Australia CP Personnel Full time

To this end we are now seeking the services of a Technical Coordinator to join their team in Sydney’s outer Western Suburbs. The prime objective of the position is to manage and coordinate the technical services team, so that the client experience is in line with company’s ethos of providing exceptional Customer Service. The key to success in this position is to ensure that all Technical Service activities are planned and scheduled correctly and all enquiries are followed up through to completion and invoicing.

On a daily basis your duties will include but not be limited to the following functions:

- Assess and prioritize incoming enquiries and allocate the appropriate resources.
- Making outbound calls to update customers on Service availability and to assess client satisfaction.
- Send out Service and Parts quotations (generated by others) and follow up accordingly
- Assisting Technical/Install teams to ensure they have the resources they require
- Maintain and update customer records in the data base.
- Ensuring all invoices are correct and delivered in a timely manner

It is envisaged that the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate most, or all, of the following selection criteria:

- Min 3-5 years in a similar role
- You have a working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office products.
- You are customer service focused and see jobs through to completion.
- You possess strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- You are a motivated team player with a high level of initiative and dedication.
- Previous experience in a technical sales or service environment will be highly regarded.
