**Your new role**
- Provide timely and well-informed advice on matters across business processes and systems, such as SAP, Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms, including but not limited to level 1 support on system issues affecting our customers.
- Adopt new technology and contribute to the ongoing development of Customer Network Solutions’ technology strategy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance existing and new processes across the Customer Connection Teams with a focus on streamlining the process.
- Provide business support functions to inform, shape or proactive progress issues and undertake follow-up actions as required
- Coordinate administrative functions across the end-to-end connection process, always ensuring a seamless customer journey while protecting the company interests
- Deal with difficult customer situations and complex customer enquiries in a calm, professional and competent manner
- Collaborate to provide valuable customer and stakeholder service as well as regular teamwork across internal workgroups and external partners
- Perform all work competently and efficiently and promote a positive, customer-focused image of the organisation to customers.
