Exciting opportunity for an Owners Corporation Manager to get a foot in the door with a leading firm

**Your new company**
Our client is a large Owners Corporation firm that are well known in the industry for their service and company culture. A multi-award winning agency that have a premium portfolio of premium high-rise assets. You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the largest developers in the state on some of the most sought after projects. Due to continuous growth, they are looking at adding an Owners Corporation Manager that is ambitious, driven and will add value to their organisation.

**Your new role**
In your new role while managing 15 assets across 1500 lots, you will establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations. You will also provide services as mentioned below:

- Managing the financial accounts of the Owners Corporation
- Looking after insurance matters
- Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties
- Drawing up proposed new budgets each financial year
- Chairing the AGM, and issuing the Minutes following the meeting
- Attending to the calling of any EGM
- Managing Committee issues, including calling of Committee Meetings and issuing Minutes of those meetings
- Advising owners on matters of Body Corporate law and procedure and
- Managing any dispute and resolutions that may arise

**What you'll need to succeed**
A hard work ethic with the ambition to further develop and grow with the business.

You will also require the following:

- Minimum 3 years industry experience is desirable
- Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- Experience in attending VCAT
- Proven ability in chairing Owners Corporation meetings
- Experience with managing building defects
- Proven experience managing high end portfolios
