**What your role looks like**
- Research and upkeep of the current lending market landscape, trends and knowledge to tailor solutions best suited for our clients
- Work efficiently and diligently to manage and grow your portfolio to meet targets and KPIs
- Competency in understanding complexed loan structures, Responsible Lending and current NCCP/BID requirements
- Attend various company and partner events to build and source new client relationships
- Being a Team Player and contribute to the growth of our people and culture
- Australian drivers license, and your own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Willingness to learn with a hustle mentality
- Financial Acumen - strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Time Management - the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Mortgage servicing: 2 years (required)
