Mortgage Broker Assistant/Loan Processor

TSC Mortgage Brokers/Punters Finance is hiring   We are busier than ever, so to maintain excellence in our customer service standards, we are hiring a Mortgage Broker Assistant/Loan Processor to join our busy, progressive, award winning broking firm.  We're seeking immediate starters, with industry experience highly regarded. If you're working as a lender/lending assistant, mortgage broker/assistant/processor or in a lending support role in a bank or mortgage broking firm, we'd love to talk with you.

This position is full time (though part time will be considered) and based in the office, overlooking the lake in Birtinya. Salary negotiable based on experience.

Successful candidates will work within our Broker Support Team, providing administrative support to our Mortgage Broker Team (MBT), assisting from the start of the loan enquiry process right through to loan settlement. This will involve various duties, including but not limited to, supporting our MBT to fulfil the following functions:

  • Responding to existing and new client enquires;
  • Document collection, verification and quality assessment of client supporting documents;
  • Entering loan details into an online system;
  • Providing timely and accurate updates to clients on file progression;
  • Ensuring loan submissions are compliant with lender policies;
  • Quality assuring lender loan documents;
  • Following up on the status of applications with lenders & associated parties;
  • Post settlement client liaison and support;
  • General office administrative support.

To succeed in this role you will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. Training will be provided and experience highly regarded.
