Wealthfolio is growing and we're looking for an experienced, passionate Mortgage Broker to join our team in Maroochydore.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing clients


• Recommend strategic lending solutions tailored to client needs


• Prepare and present finance proposals and structure deals effectively


• Liaise with clients, lenders and referral partners throughout the process


• Stay on top of compliance, market updates and lending policies


• Be part of a high-performance team with shared goals and values

What We're Looking For:


• Experience in mortgage broking or banking (loan writing preferred)


• Minimum Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)


• Solid understanding of lender policy, compliance and loan structuring


• High attention to detail, strong tech skills


• A genuine, ethical and team-oriented approach to client service
