In our 15 years of operation, we’ve brought on more than 35 people who are furthering our mission to provide lifetime financial solutions for our clients. We are renowned for the effort we put into thoroughly understanding our clients’ needs - providing outstanding customer service along the way. Our exponential growth has prompted the search for an ambitious Mortgage Broker to join the team.

- Right now, you may be Mortgage Broking for a small company, or you may even be self-employed. Regardless of where you’ve come from, what you’ve found is that you’re lacking support and progress and you would relish the opportunity to surround yourself by experienced leaders who can develop your knowledge.

- Your time as a Mortgage Broker has highlighted that you thrive when you can invest time into building relationships with people, but perhaps your previous roles haven’t allowed you to focus on this area.

**About the Role**

With support and guidance, you will add significant value by:

- Building strong relationships with external referral partners and their sales representatives by following up swiftly on all leads and providing regular updates on how things have progressed.
- Providing quality customer service to new leads to maximise the chances of lead conversion, instilling confidence both over the phone and face-to-face with potential customers.
- Conducting fact-finding interviews in an informative manner to assess and understand customer needs, financial health, and capacity.
- Explaining the first home buyer process to customers, recommending a package that's most suited to the customer's needs and providing relevant and accurate information regarding the loan product and time frames.
- Maintaining strong relationships with lenders to comply with their policies and requirements.
- Ensuring that all qualifications are renewed and kept up to date and attending any internal meetings as required.

To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:

- 6 months experience in Mortgage Broking
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- An MFAA/FBAA Certificate
