**About Us**: Cremorne Veterinary Hospital is the original Vet in Mosman with over 50 years of service to pets across the lower North Shore. While a lot has changed in that time, our dedication to caring for our local pets has not. Our purpose-built Hospital is conveniently located opposite the Metropole Centre on the Mosman side of Spofforth St, just one block down from Military Rd.

Our focus is on offering the highest standard of health care to our patients and providing this with a focus on animal welfare and the pet's experience within the clinic. Our client base is loyal and dedicated to their pets, allowing us to provide best practice diagnostics and treatment to our patients.

**Position Overview**: As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring a seamless workflow while fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our high standards of care and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing, to ensure the clinic’s profitability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address any concerns or feedback to improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in veterinary practice management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid financial management and budgeting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A background in veterinary science or a related field is preferred.
