Location: Mosman, NSW

**Salary**: $85,000 - $100k+ Superannuation (Depending on Experience)
Work Schedule: 3 days per week (Accounts) + 2 days (HR, Office, Admin, and Clerical)

**Position Overview**:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting standards. This is a unique position where you will dedicate 3 days per week to handling accounts, with a strong focus on manual processing (all bookkeeping is paper-based). You will also be responsible for accurately transferring and entering this information into the Xero accounting system. The remaining 2 days will be dedicated to HR, office, admin, and clerical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounts (3 days per week)**:

- Manual processing of financial transactions.
- Accurate transfer and entry of paper-based accounting into Xero.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data.
- Adherence to Australian Accounting standards. - **HR, Office, Admin, and Clerical (2 days per week)**:

- Oversee human resources functions.
- Manage general office operations.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Provide the CEO exclusive support on the day to day running of the business.
- ** Requirements**:

- Proven experience in manual accounts processing (essential).
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting standards.
- Experience with paper-based accounting systems.
- Accurate transfer and entry of data into Xero.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in HR, office management, and administration.
