2XM Consult, a specialist project management and engineering consultancy business, focusing on programme delivery, project consultancy and business improvements, is seeking a full-time permanent Engineering Manager to join its expanding team.

Reporting to the Managing Director of the business, the Engineering Manager will be a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for the overall site reliability, maintenance and improvement of all equipment.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement engineering strategies, ensuring compliance to company policies and business directions.
- Lead the Site team to deliver reliable equipment, process control and improvement.
- Interpret drawings and specifications for capability and assign to operators based on skill level.
- Provide direction on training and production questions.
- Ensure to continue dedication to quality, safety and timeliness are observed.
- Embed strong project management disciplines.
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
- Perform an assessment of risk of work activities, taking corrective action and preventative actions as necessary, properly using and maintaining assigned control measures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in EH&S training programs and will take personal responsibility for his/her own safety.
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must;
- Hold a tertiary degree in engineering, project management, or similar
- Have at least 10 years of previous experience in a similar role with significant achievements and KPIs
- Consistently be able to evaluate, analyse, strategise, identify opportunities, provide recommendations/ changes and achieve targets
- Have strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, be a team player, with ability to collaborate and willingness to learn
- Be able to travel as per required

**Salary**: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
