**The opportunity**:

As the steward of fitness excellence in NSW, you'll helm a transformative mission, overseeing the recruitment, guidance, and elevation of a collective of independent contractors, shaping them into a powerhouse team of trainers. Your leadership will steer the course towards surpassing revenue milestones while ensuring cost efficiencies, establishing an enduring legacy of fitness success across the state. This role isn't just about management; it's about sculpting a thriving fitness culture that resonates throughout New South Wales.

Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Develop initiatives to drive the achievement of all budgeted independent contract trainer ratios
- Develop initiatives to drive the achievement of trainer growth
- Build relationships with students and aspiring trainers to ensure the business has a ‘talent pool' of PTs to access from for future vacancies
- Develop and deliver all related Training and Development for rental trainers
- Coordinate and drive all fitness related promotions across the State
- Develop strategies and actions for assessing the state of trainer's businesses and future financial viability

**To be successful in this role you have**:
Essential
- Fitness/Personal Trainer management experience
- Multi-site/regional fitness management experience
- Registered and insured with AUSactive
- Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Experience managing large teams to achieve results and generating buy-in to company strategies
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at multiple levels of the business
