VetCheck seeks a veterinary client services representative to join the Australian veterinary team. We are looking for hard-working, super-organized, and self-motivated individuals who have excelled in a similar role.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious veterinarian or veterinary nurse who is looking for a part-time change in career and change in pace, while staying connected to the vet industry.

What you’ll do
- Drive the success of VetCheck with a consultative approach
- Schedule and perform demonstrations and training for customers
- Promotes VetCheck products, helping veterinarians understand and implement the benefits of VetCheck
- Manage customer relations and onboard veterinary teams end to end
- Perform workshops and webinars
- Maintain and manage the CRM
- Remain focused on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and business objectives
- Build long-lasting customer relationships and constantly seek out ways to exceed expectations
- Support marketing activities such as social media, organizing events, newsletters and other digital marketing to generate customers and drive customer engagement

Your skills
- Track record of high achievement in sales, customer service or consultative role and meeting KPIs (desirable)
- Veterinary science, veterinary nursing, or life science qualifications (desirable)
- High-level customer service skills (active listening, good verbal communication) and the proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Highly self-driven to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Ability to work in a high-volume consulting environment
- Extremely organized, time management skills, and focused
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Friendly phone manner, naturally empathetic, and resilient
- Passionate about technology and the veterinary industry

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
