**About the Role**:
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic **Sales and Admin Coordinator** to join our team. This role combines retail sales responsibilities with key administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions while also playing a critical role in onboarding new B2B clients and managing administrative tasks.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**:
- Assist retail customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- **Admin**:
- Prepare quotes and process orders and invoices with accuracy.
- Manage vehicle bookings in the scheduling calendar.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the team.
- Onboard new B2B clients, including setting up accounts and managing documentation.
**The Successful Applicant Will Possess**:
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks.
**Bonus Qualities (Not Required, But Ideal)**:
- A passion for cars and 4x4 vehicles.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and MYOB.
- Previous experience in retail sales or administration.
**Requirements**:
- Permanent Australian Residency.
- Australian Driver's License.
